Arsenal Football Supporters Club (London Branch)
Arsenal Football Supporters Club (London Branch) is the original member of all the Arsenal Supporters Clubs and was set up 59 years ago in 1949. AFSC is independent of Arsenal Football Club however the main function of the club is to support Arsenal Football Club by providing services to its members to help support Arsenal Football Club.
AFSC (London Branch) is seen as the main supporters club by Arsenal Supporters Clubs as it has its own clubhouse on the corner of St Thomas’ Road just outside the old Highbury ground and members of all the other Arsenal Supporters Clubs use the London Branch as the match day clubhouse. The Motto of the club is ' To Help and not Hinder ' and this applies to any genuine football supporter.
The Clubhouse is all run by volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to keep the clubhouse running and provide the services to the members, and we are always looking for people to help out if you want to get a bit more involved with the AFSC (London Branch)
The clubhouse is a very busy, friendly and vibrant place to be on match days with members going to the club to pick up tickets, book their away trip to future Arsenal matches, purchase the latest official AFC clothing, buy the latest copy of the world’s oldest football fanzine Gunflash Magazine or just to socialise with other Arsenal fans on the day.
The Clubhouse is used by Arsenal fans from all around the world and you should not be surprised to find quite an international group of Arsenal fans in the clubhouse for most matches. To enter the clubhouse you must be a member of AFSC (London Branch) or be signed in by somebody who is a member. You can join the club for a small annual fee which can be done on the day or online via this website.
There are various things to keep you occupied whilst in the clubhouse like the very well priced bar, probably the cheapest drinks around on match days, various competitions run for every game like the first goal scorer, 100 club, the famous walls of the clubhouse which have 100’s of pictures depicting some of the vast history of Arsenal FC or just come in and use the club for a pre match pint and a chat and if you keep your entry ticket you can come back in after the match and have a pint or two whilst letting the crowds disperse. We are very close to Arsenal Tube Station, about 300m to the left and about a 5 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station for the busses, tube and over ground trains connections and importantly only a five minute walk from the new Arsenal Stadium at Ashburton Grove.
