Stan Kroenke III
Written by Steve Kell

StanKroenkeStan Kroenke has increased his share holding in Arsenal Football Club in the last few days as well as Usmanov (Red and White Holdings) who are both trying to make a full take over for the club by buying shares from anywhere at £8.500 a go, personally i would prefer Stan the man to buy out Usmanov and if he does go for the full takeover, but it means we will then  become an Americal club rather than an English Club.

Even though Hill Wood is a minority shareholder he is still the Chairman of Arsenal Football Club at this moment in time thus keeping us an English club.

Here is the notice that was sent out yesterday.Holdings in the Company (21/12/09)

The following announcement has been posted on the PLUS markets website this afternoon.

On 21st December 2009, Arsenal Holdings plc (the “Company”) received notification that on 17th December 2009 Stan Kroenke, a director of the Company, acquired 25 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company at a price of £8,500 per share.

Taking into account such acquisition, Stan Kroenke has a beneficial interest in, and controls voting rights over, 18,649 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 29.9% of the Company’s issued ordinary shares.

This means Stan is just 18 shares away from takeover.
