So the time has come, Manchester United have gone top in their own right after a win against Blackburn yesterday and the Gooners will be looking to show they have the bottle to keep their composure at Reading tonight and secure the 3 points they need to take them back to the top still with a game in hand.

Arsene rested many of his players from making the trip to Prague last week with this game in mind, we should be fully refreshed and ready to go and Robin Van Persie will be itching to get on the goalscoring trail again with his long awaited return after the last few weeks off through injury.

Our previous trips to Reading have proved to be fruitfiul and this trip need to be the same as well, the first time we played them Reading hardly got a touch of the ball and our finishing was sublime that day however we will need to be just as ruthless tonight as everyone knows Reading have been able to score goals this season even though they have mainly been the losing side and any popints from tonights game will be seen as a bonus.

Reading are like like Arsenal, they usually do not compromise on their ethos of how football should be played with an open expansive style of attacking football, until tonight maybe because Reading need to start to getting points instead of plaudits and tonight could be that time for them to switch to a more defensive style as there should not be any change for them in them trying to take us on especially in the mood we have been in recently.

The only player we know who will not be playing for Arsenal tonight is Phillipe Senderos,  Arsene said that he has not played at all and will need match fitness before he will get a first team game so Arsene has a near complete squad to choose from, no excuses tonight and only a win will do
